Frequently asked questions
Clear answers before you hand over access.
These answers explain the standard Alpenglow process. The final service agreement and property-specific scope control the details of an active relationship.
Services and property fit
What types of properties do you serve?
Alpenglow serves vacation rentals, full-time residences, second homes, homeowner needs, offices, small businesses, common areas, and other suitable commercial properties.
Where do you provide service?
Alpenglow serves the full Flathead Valley, including Whitefish, Columbia Falls, Kalispell, Somers, Lakeside, and nearby communities. Final fit depends on the address, access, schedule, and requested scope.
Can I begin with one service?
Yes. Many relationships begin with cleaning, a one-time project, turnovers, or property checks and expand only when broader support makes sense.
Walkthroughs and pricing
Why is a walkthrough required?
The walkthrough confirms property size, spaces, access, surfaces, standards, supplies, parking, timing, occupancy, communication, and any conditions that affect service.
How is pricing determined?
Pricing reflects property type, size, scope, access, frequency, timing, linen or supply needs, service complexity, and the level of management or coordination requested.
How quickly will I receive a response?
New property inquiries receive a response within one business day. Scheduling and quote timing depend on the property and the information required after the first conversation.
Operations and communication
What happens when the team finds an issue?
Alpenglow documents the concern, alerts the agreed contact, and follows the property-specific escalation process. Work beyond the approved scope is not automatically authorized.
How do access and security work?
Access procedures are documented during onboarding. Keys, codes, alarms, building rules, parking, and authorized service windows should be limited to what the team needs for the approved scope.
Can service needs change over time?
Yes. The scope can be reviewed when occupancy, property use, scheduling, quality priorities, or owner involvement changes.
